- Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscription Model: Bible Time offers optional subscription plans for access to premium features. Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription in your device's account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the App Store or Play Store's respective refund policies.
4. User Responsibilities
- Conduct: You agree not to upload or submit inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content through any feature of the App, including image submissions used for Bible detection.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content within the App, including text, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Friday Labs LLC or its licensors.
- Limited Use: You may not reproduce or distribute App content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
As-Is Basis: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or any specific results.
7. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Damages: Friday Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
- User Termination: You can delete your account or discontinue use at any time.
- Company Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
